Even as the adoption of AI does accelerate into the future, IT leaders are increasingly concerned about ensuring data privacy and educating their teams on the capabilities and limitations of AI. They aim to measure the technology’s impact across functional boundaries before fully adopting it into their workflow and operations. AI might save an employee an average of 2.5 hours per day, but security concerns have taken precedence.

While AI systems are set to become crucial for optimizing workflows and efficiently supporting tasks ranging from customer relationship management to operational logistics, much of the concern around the technology is human apprehension.
