March 2025 brought sad news to viewers who had been following Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles since its 2006 premiere. The show hasn’t been canceled, but filming has been placed on an indefinite pause. While fans wait for news of the show’s sixteenth season, here is a quick look at what some of the show’s most popular real estate agents—who have listed and sold multi-million dollar homes in and around Los Angeles for years, on camera—are up to while the show is on hold.

Tracy Tutor

Bestselling author and real estate agent Tracy Tutor certainly hasn’t been idle. In January, she revealed that she is departing from Douglas Elliman and will be working for the agency’s rival, Compass. “Joining Compass aligns with my vision for the future of my business,” Tracy told fans. “This partnership will not only enhance my ability to serve clients in California and Texas but also enable me to expand my reach into new markets, elevate my team’s capabilities, and continue setting the standard in the luxury real estate industry.”

Answering fan speculation that she might join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Tracy also remarked during an interview on Jeff Lewis Live in March, “You know, I’ve been asked that a lot. I mean, I would like to come for a few people on that show.” Tracy knows Real Housewives star Kyle Richards and her estranged husband, millionaire Mauricio Umansky, from her work in LA real estate.

Josh and Heather Altman

Though Tracy has left Douglas Elliman, Josh and Heather remain with the agency, but they announced that they were leaving the show last October in order to focus more time on their children. “We can always go out there and sell houses,” Josh shared in an interview at the time. “We can always go out there and do all these things, but we’ll never get the time back when our kids are this age.”

Josh and Heather may no longer be in front of the camera, but they continue selling million-dollar homes in Southern California.

Josh Flagg

The show’s other Josh—Josh Flagg, bestselling author of The Deal—is working at Compass, whose team Tracy Tutor just joined. Describing himself and Tracy as “besties,” Josh continues to work the Beverly Hills real estate scene, serving a clientele that includes A-list Hollywood stars and other high-net-worth individuals, as well as many of LA’s major real estate developers, business managers, and lawyers.

James Harris and David Parnes

Million Dollar Listing LA’s popular partners James Harris and David Parnes, co-founders together of Bond Street Partners, joined Carolwood Estates in February. Reflecting on a decade of selling million-dollar homes with the Agency, James and David remarked in a statement given to The Hollywood Reporter, “We are humbled by the incredible growth, meaningful relationships and numerous milestones we have shared together.”

Fredrik Eklund

Fan favorite Fredrik Eklund—a popular face on Million Dollar Listing LA despite appearing on the show for only a single season—continues his work at The Eklund and Gomes Team, an international real estate agency employing almost 100 agents in 13 offices. He also shared last September that he is preparing a new show with Evolution Media, which previously produced The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and other hits.

Madison Hildebrand

Madison Hildebrand stepped away from Million Dollar Listing LA years ago. His high-stakes real estate deals were a consistent feature of the show for its first six seasons, and then intermittently through the show’s tenth season. After Million Dollar Listing LA, Madison started his own real estate agency, The Malibu Life, selling multi-million dollar luxury homes.

Madison’s life in the decade since has been filled with financial successes and personal tragedies. In 2019, he had to flee the wildfires raging across Southern California; he suffered a knife injury to his hand during a fall in his kitchen that required complex surgery to mend; and he lost two beloved longtime pets. Today, however, he appears to be living the good life. He sold multiple $7 million homes in 2024 and has been traveling the world, posting smiling photos from beaches in Turkey and other places on his Instagram.
